Authorized representative: who is that and when needed
There can be two options:
your client in the EAEU (that is buying your products to sell them in the EAEU) agrees to be your Authorized Representative and act as an Applicant
you find a third-party company that will be your Authorized Representative and act as an Applicant
However, there is a third option that opens up as you start cooperation with OpenCert:
you order necessary certifications and also provision of an Authorized representative – in this case OpenCert will either act as an Applicant itself or find you one
