Just imagine, certification experts will bring you an offer on the silver platter and brief you on all possible obstacles and ways to avert them. For instance, it’s quite common when a client pays for the certification services to find out a week later that s/he has to pay more to confirm compliance with other Technical Regulations. This situation is easy to avoid from the very beginning by arming the certification expert with all information available on the product.

Choosing a certification center let the prices guide you. If you are to spend a substantial sum of money and kill your time it’s no use paying attention to such aspects as
-expertise of the certification center
-procedures to be carried out for certification
-timescale of product testing and registration of a Declaration or Certificate of Conformity
-documents that come with a Declaration or Certificate, such as Test Report or permission to use conformity mark
-other services available like registration of Technical Specifications
Skip this part and you are sure to go through a lot of money.

When you receive a document layout just remember “anything goes”. Don’t look for misprints and drive your chances up for round 2 of certification journey called “Re-issuing”.

Neglect the 7-th item of Federal law №184 concerning your duty to keep Declarations and Certificates and rest assured you’ll soon receive a fine to be paid.
However, if you want to muddle even more money, don’t go to certification centers at all – then your fines will grow enormously.
