      What products are subject to 015/2011 CU TR certification?


      1. This Technical Regulation (TR) covers grain for food and feed, that enters EAEU markets.
      It doesn’t include processed grain products or grains kept as seeds.

      2. This TR sets forth mandatory requirements to grains and processes of their producing, keeping, transporting, using and disposing. It focuses on ensuring human well-being and health, preserving environment, animals and plants as well as preventing actions that can mislead consumers as to product quality or safety.

      3. To classify a product as grain it’s necessary to take into account documents and marking on it and examine its samples. If this information is not enough samples are to be chemically tested for compliance with standards set in Article 5 of the TR.
