What products are subject to 030/2011 CU TR certification?
1.1. This Technical Regulation (TR) lays down requirements to lubricants, oil and special liquids that enter EAEU markets. The rules primarily focus on ensuring human health and well-being, preserving wildlife as well as preventing actions that can mislead customers of product safety and qualities.
The TR covers:
а) lubricants:
- organic lubricants:
1) motor oils (universal, carburetor, diesel, for aircraft piston engines);
2) transmission oils;
3) hydraulic oils;
4) industrial oils;
5) compressor oils;
6) turbine oils;
7) anti-corrosion oils;
8) electrical insulating oils;
9) base oils.
- greases;
b) special liquids:
- cooling liquids (including cutting lubricants liquid);
- brake fluids;
c) waste products.
1.2. Use of products in question poses certain risks, such as
- flammability risks
-ecological damage
- risks to human health
1.3. This TR doesn’t concern the following products:
-made on state defense order
-made for export outside EAEU
-kept in organizations that protect state material reserves
-vegetable or animal oil;
-oils for cosmetics production, for medical purposes
