      What products are subject to 031/2012 CU TR certification?

      1. This Technical Regulation stipulates requirements to wheeled and caterpillar agricultural and forest tractors and wagons to them, that enter EAEU markets. These requirements are also applicable to tractors and wagons with estimated speed of 6 km/h and their components that influence vehicle safety.
      2. The TR 031/2012 doesn’t concern
      -tractors and wagons of single-piece production
      3. The top priority of this TR is to ensure safety of human health and well-being, preserve environment and avoid actions that can mislead customers as to product safety or qualities.
