      What products are subject to 035/2014 CU TR certification?


      1. This Technical Regulation (TR) lays down requirements to tobacco products that enter EAEU markets. The rules primarily focus on ensuring human health and well-being, preserving wildlife as well as preventing actions that can mislead customers of products’ safety and qualities.
      2. This TR doesn’t apply to
      а) tobacco product samples imported for scrutiny and quality assessment, taste tests, etc.
      b) tobacco product samples for exhibitions and trade fairs;
      c) tobacco products to be exported outside EAEU according to external trade agreements;
      d) non-smoking tobacco products
      3. This CU TR sets forth mandatory requirements to tobacco products, their labels and packages as well as describes schemes of conforming compliance to the existing standards.
