Customs Union Technical Regulation

It’s a Commission-adopted document that sets forth mandatory requirements to products within EAEU area.
Along with EAEU Technical Regulations there are technical regulations established in the Russian legislation and valid in Russia. These regulations have legal force before EAEU Regulations become effective. There is a single list of products subject to mandatory requirements within EAEU and Russian legislation. Failure to comply with mandatory EAEU or Russian regulations entails administrative liability in Russia
